A horse rental script for RedM (VORP framework). Rent horses at multiple locations, care for them, and return them before the rental expires.
## Description
**Horse Rental** allows players to rent horses from NPCs. Features include:

**Multi-store** – Multiple rental locations (Valentine, Blackwater, etc.)

**Time-based rental** – Rent for 5min, 20min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h

**Horse bag/storage** – Each rental horse has its own inventory (default slots in config, premium slots per horse in horserental.lua)

**Horse care** – Care, brush (use item), drink at trough, eat hay, drink in water for boost stamina

**Discord webhook** – Log rentals, returns, and expirations

**Translations** – English and more ... (extensible)

**Job restriction** – Optional job requirement per horse

**Timer integration** – Optional rakan_timer countdown before expiry
